Measuring & Tying
Ndiama waist beads is pleased to provide you with waist beads measuring tips to ensure your waist beads fit comfortably and sit exactly where you want them.

How to Measure
WAIST BEADS MEASUREMENT GUIDE
To measure for waist beads, wrap a soft tape measure around your bare skin where you want the beads to sit (e.g., waist line, high hip, or hip). Stand up straight, breathe normally without sucking in your stomach, and ensure the tape is snug but not pinching. Where the zero (0) on the tape meets the other number is your measurement in inches. Add 1 to 2 inches for comfort if needed. Measure twice to ensure accuracy.

ANKLET SIZING GUIDE
To measure for anklets, wrap a soft tape around your ankle where the anklet will sit. Add ¼ to ½ inch for a comfortable, slightly loose fit.
How to Tie
Wrap the waist beads around your waist at the chosen placement. Adjust subtly until the fit feels effortless or until fit comfortably. Secure with 3–5 tight knots and trim excess string for a refined finish.
