DELIVERY POLICY
Free delivery on all orders over €70 within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Orders under €70: €5 delivery charge.
England, Scotland, Wales, EU & Non-EU: €12 delivery charge.
We use An Post registered post for shipping with tracking.
Orders will ship within 1-3 Working Days.
If you order during a SALE please allow 5 Days for shipping due to sale volume.
(Monday-Friday) not including weekends. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
You will need to provide the correct full postal address including post code or area code when placing your order. We are not responsible for package returned to sender due to the incomplete or incorrect address as there is no guarantee they will be sent back to us.
Please note:
We are not responsible for customs clearance fees or any holding times imposed by your country’s customs office.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, there are no refunds available once the product is shipped as waist beads are classified as underwear.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
